4. WHY AND HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Contract performance: To provide services and fulfill agreements with you or your employer. Legitimate interests: To improve the platform, fix issues, prevent fraud, personalize your experience, conduct market surveys, and for internal audit purposes. - External providers: hosting, payment processing, network connectivity, and technical support.
- Distribution partners: companies that sell our services.
- Legal disclosures: government authorities to comply with laws, court orders, or investigate suspicious activity.
6. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Once no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it. Although we implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, no electronic storage method is 100% secure.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data is stored and processed globally across various data centers. linki uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent mechanisms) to ensure the same level of protection as in your country of residence.

11. CONTACT INFORMATION
Legal: legal@linkiglobal.com
Support: support@linkiglobal.com
Address: 8 The Green STE A, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901.
12. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments for linki purchases and wallet top-ups are processed by PayPal and its affiliates. When you pay by card or with your PayPal account, the payment details you enter (card number, expiry date, security code and cardholder name) are collected and processed directly by PayPal in its own secure fields. linki does not see or store your full card number or security code.
From PayPal we receive the result of the payment, the amount, the card brand, the last four digits and expiry date of the card, and the fees charged. We use this information to confirm your order, deliver your eSIM, issue refunds, keep accounting records, and prevent and resolve fraud, payment disputes and chargebacks.
Some card payments require an additional identity check by your bank (3-D Secure). In that case your bank and PayPal process the data needed to complete it, and if the check is not approved the payment is not charged. PayPal acts as an independent controller of the data it processes and handles it under its own privacy statement, available on PayPal's website. We may share information about a payment with PayPal and your card issuer to respond to a dispute or to prevent fraud.
13. DELAWARE RESIDENTS
linki is based in Delaware. If you live in Delaware, this section applies in addition to the rest of this Policy.
- What we collect and who we share it with: see sections 1, 2, 5 and 12. We may share personal data with our payment processor, network providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, support and analytics providers, and authorities when the law requires it.
- Reviewing and changing your data: write to legal@linkiglobal.com or use your account page. We verify your identity first.
- Changes to this Policy: we publish them here with the date above and, for material changes, by email or in the Service.
- Tracking across sites: with your permission (see our Cookie Policy), analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal for advertising cookies. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
- Your rights: you can ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data, to give you access to it and a copy in a portable format, to correct it and to delete it, and you can opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data.
- How we respond: we answer within 45 days and may extend that once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, telling you why. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we answer appeals within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact the Delaware Department of Justice.
- Sensitive data: where the law requires your consent to process sensitive data (for example the biometric data used for identity checks), we ask for it first.
SMS and Messaging Communications
linki may communicate with you via SMS messages or messaging services (such as WhatsApp) for the following purposes:
- Order notifications: Purchase confirmation, activation instructions, delivery status, and technical support related to your eSIM.
- Transactional messages: Payment confirmations, balance reminders, plan expiration notices, and security alerts related to your account.
- Service information: Updates about changes to our terms, privacy policy, or service operation that may directly affect you.
By providing your phone number and completing a purchase, you agree to receive these messages. These messages are necessary for service delivery and do not constitute marketing.
Important about marketing: linki will not send marketing messages, promotions, or commercial offers unless you have separately provided explicit consent for this. If in the future you wish to receive promotions via SMS, you can subscribe through a clear and specific opt-in process.
You can stop receiving non-essential messages at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the message, or by contacting us through the channels indicated in this policy. Essential messages related to transactions and security will continue to arrive while you maintain an active account.
Standard carrier message rates may apply for messages received. linki does not charge for sending SMS, but your carrier may charge for receiving them according to your data plan.
