1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels and scripts, that read or store information in your browser. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”. This policy is published by Internova LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States (“linki”, “we”), and applies to linkiglobal.com.
2. How we use them
Some cookies are needed for the site to work and are always on. Everything else is optional and is not loaded until you accept it in our cookie banner. You choose by category.
Essential (always on)
- linki_consent — remembers your cookie choice (the date and the categories you accepted). Set by linki. Lasts 180 days, after which we ask you again.
linki_cid — a random identifier (it contains no personal data) that links your cookie choice to the record we keep as proof of it. Set by linki. Lasts 180 days. We keep that record — the date, the version of the banner, what you accepted or declined, your country and language, and whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal — so that we can show that you gave or refused consent. It does not include your IP address, your browser or your email.
- Sign-in and session cookies (for example __session and __client_uat) — keep you signed in and protect your account. Set by our sign-in provider, Clerk. They last from the length of your session up to one year.
- Payment cookies — PayPal sets cookies on its secure payment fields and buttons to process your payment and prevent fraud. Their duration is set by PayPal.
Partner referral links
If you arrive through a referral link from one of our partners, we set linki_ref and linki_click_id for 30 days so that the partner is credited if you buy. They store only a referral code and a random identifier. You can delete them in your browser settings at any time.
Functional (optional)
- Support chat — Crisp sets cookies (for example crisp-client) to keep your chat conversation. Set by Crisp. Lasts up to 6 months. If you do not accept functional cookies, the chat does not load and you can reach us by email or WhatsApp.
Analytics (optional)
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (_ga, _ga_<ID>) — tell us how the site is used. Set by Google. Last up to 2 years. We ask Google to anonymize IP addresses.
- linki_mk — remembers where your visit came from (for example a campaign or a website that linked to us). Set by linki. Lasts 30 days. It does not store anything about you personally.
Marketing (optional)
- Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — helps us measure the results of our advertising campaigns. Set by Meta. Last up to 90 days.
If you accept analytics or marketing and then buy, our server may report the purchase to Google or Meta using these identifiers (and, for Meta, a one-way scrambled version of your email address). If you do not accept them, these cookies do not exist and nothing is reported.
3. Your choices
- Cookie banner. When you first visit, choose “Accept”, “Accept basic cookies” or “Manage preferences”.
- Change your mind at any time with the “Change my cookie preferences” button at the top of this page. If you withdraw a permission, we delete the related cookies and reload the page.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, we keep marketing cookies off even if you press “Accept”.
- Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but essential cookies are needed to sign in and pay.
Our site does not currently change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” signals; use the choices above instead.
4. Privacy laws in the United States and elsewhere
Some laws, including those of Delaware and California, treat certain advertising cookies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of advertising cookies by turning off Marketing in your preferences or by using Global Privacy Control. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before using any optional cookie, as described above. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how to exercise them.
5. Third parties
Google, Meta, Crisp, PayPal and Clerk have their own privacy and cookie policies, which govern what they do with the data they collect. We recommend that you read them.
6. Changes and contact
If we add or change cookies in a way that needs your permission, we will ask again. Questions: legal@linkiglobal.com. Internova LLC, 8 The Green STE A, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901.
