It should be read together with our General Terms and, if you are a user of our Services, our Terms of Use. When a third party has provided you access to Linki Services (e.g., a travel agency or your employer), Linki may receive your personal data from them. Directly from you: When you register, purchase an eSIM, subscribe to communications, contact support, or upload content to our sites. From third parties: When authorized or legally permitted, such as when you purchase services through an employer, sign in via Facebook/Google, or through public sources for eKYC checks.

If you are a user of our Services or Platforms:
Account Data: First name, last name, email address, postal address (country, state/province, city), and phone numbers. Third‑party logins: Profile information from Apple, Google, or Facebook depending on your privacy settings. Compliance (eKYC): Biometric data, date of birth, identity documents, and geographic location when required by law. Usage and device data: Browser, operating system, IP address, session duration, and clicked links. Preferences: Consents, language, currency, and preferred departure airport. If you are an employee of a Linki partner or potential partner:
Company name, job title, role, business relationship history, signature, and contact information.
If you apply for a job at Linki:
Data from your CV, cover letter, and any information provided during the interview process.
3. SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA
We generally do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, ethnic origin). However, you may choose to disclose such information in specific cases, such as when contacting support for accessibility reasons.
4. WHY AND HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Contract performance: To provide services and fulfill agreements with you or your employer. Legitimate interests: To improve the platform, fix issues, prevent fraud, personalize your experience, conduct market surveys, and for internal audit purposes. Legal obligations: To retain information as required by law or perform eKYC checks. Consent: For direct marketing, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to legal@linkiglobal.com.
5. ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Colombia: Under Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to view, update, and correct your data and request proof of consent before the SIC. Saudi Arabia (KSA): We process data electronically for the purposes described. If dissatisfied, you may contact SDAIA. South Africa: We comply with POPIA. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Information Regulator (complaints.IR@justice.gov.za). United States (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and correct your data, as well as limit the use of sensitive data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
