JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a data‑driven, results‑oriented Product Manager to lead the strategy behind our connectivity products. At Linki, Product Managers don’t manage features — they define direction. You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and the marketing team to understand what our users need and turn that insight into products that truly work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user data, qualitative feedback, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering and design to deliver launches quickly and without surprises.
- Establish success metrics for every feature and track performance rigorously after release.
- Identify growth opportunities within the product (activation, retention, monetization).
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and the business: translate user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech startups or fintech companies.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with basic SQL, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Shape Up, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
- Bonus: experience in telecommunications, eSIM, fintech, or travel platforms.
